Bring your Premium Billing Notice and go to any of the partner merchants below:

• LBC Bills Express Payment

Present your Premium Billing Notice and proceed to payment.

The teller will give you a receipt as proof of your payment.

Ask for a bill payment slip and fill in the following details:

• Company Name: Paramount Life
• Customer's Name: Policyholders Name
• Subscriber's / Reference Number: Policy Number or Numeric Policy Number

Present the completed slip and your payment to the bank teller for validation.

Ask for the green payment form and fill in the required information:

• Company Name: Paramount Life
• Customer's Name: Policyholders Name
• Subscriber's / Reference Number: Policy Number or Numeric Policy Number

Present the completed slip and your payment to the bank teller for validation.

Any Paramount Life Branch

• Proceed to the cashier and present your Premium Billing Notice and pay the amount due.
• Please make sure to transact with PLGIC employees only.

• Send your crossed personal checks or postal money order to our head office, payable to Paramount Life, along with a completely filled out copy of your Premium Billing Notice.
