3 New Year's Resolutions To Include Your List

January 8, 2018

As we bid goodbye to 2017, let us welcome the new year with excitement and positivity.   I’m sure most of us have started listing down their New Year’s resolutions, but before you make the final list, check out these top 3 resolutions you shouldn’t miss!

BE HEALTHY.  When we talk about being healthy first thing that comes into our mind is diet and exercise.  Yes, it is really important to regulate the food we eat and exercise at least 30 minutes a day.   But remember, aside from physical health, we also need to be mentally and spiritually healthy.

What are the activities that we can do to achieve a healthy mind and spirit?  Visit some health clubs near your office or home which offer yoga exercises.  You may also attend retreats to free up your mind from negativities.  Support charity works like feeding program, medical mission or blood donation.  Giving a helping hand is such a fulfillment.

ENJOY LIFE. As they say, “You Only Live Once” so, make the most out of it.  Go out of town with your family or loved ones.  Connect and reconnect with your friends.  Visit another country to learn their culture. Or simply give yourself a good massage, buy a nice pair of shoes, bag, and eat in a fancy restaurant.  These are some of the things that you deserve after so much hard work.  Life is beautiful, enjoy it!

SAVE AND INVEST.  Do you find it difficult putting aside a portion of your income? Set your goal. What are you saving for? With that, you will be able to identify how much you need to save per month. Let’s say, start with fifty pesos a day, twenty or even ten?  No matter how big or small you save per day, what’s important is you started it now!  What’s good about saving money is that you can use it anytime you need it.

Or if you want a better return on your savings, apply for Money Plus Protection Plan.  Aside from saving your money, this product also gives you protection in case of accident, terminal illness and death, for as low as Php379 per month, 10 years to pay with 20 years coverage.

Start young and reap the great benefits in no time.
