Aside from Halo-Halo, Popsicle is just one of the many sweet little treats that will surely alleviate the summer heat in your body. But one thing you need to watch out for is the amount of sugar in them.

However, most of the popular popsicles in the market are basically composed of sugar and water and if you're following a healthy diet, you would want to avoid excess sugar that would stack up in your body. The healthy and easy way to make sugar-free Popsicle is to use Crystal Light or Sugar Free Kool-Aid. Find out how!

Instructions:
  • Make a batch of your favorite flavor

  • Store them in your freezer
